Ingredients
- lettuce (romaine, red leaf, green leaf) - 1 head
- mandarin oranges - 1 can, in lite syrup, drained
- almonds - 1/2 cup, sliced
- poppy seed dressing
Instructions
1. Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Toss lettuce with Mandarin oranges. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top. Serve with poppy seed dressing.
