Baked Peaches & Oatmeal

Ingredients
- rolled oats - 1.5 cups
- peaches - 1.5 cups, slice, peeled, or canned peaches packed in its own juice
- sugar - 1/4 cup
- egg whites - 2
- vanilla - 2 teaspoons
- skim milk - 3 cups
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine oats, peaches, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Beat with a fork until blended.
- Add to oat mixture.
- Place mixture in prepared pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Serve hot.
