Pea Salad
Prep Tip: If you do not have green onions use 2 tablespoons chopped white or red onion. You can also replace the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt.

Ingredients
- frozen peas - 2 cups, thawed
- cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, cubed very small
- mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons, non-fat or low-fat
- garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- green onions - 2, chopped, optional
- paprika - 1/4 teaspoon, optional
Instructions
- Mix the thawed peas with the mayonnaise and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
- Add the cheese and green onions and stir until the cheese and onions are coated with the mayonnaise.
- Optional: Sprinkle with paprika.
