Pear Waldorf Salad
Don't have cinnamon? Leave it out.
Prep Tip: Use pears that are ripe but not too ripe. Pears that are very ripe are hard to cut.
Change it Up: Make this recipe with apples instead of pears.

Ingredients
- low-fat mayo - 1 tablespoon
- reduced-fat sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon, fresh
- cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt - 1/8th teaspoon
- pears - 2 cups, ripe & chopped, (about 2 pears)
- grapes - 1 cup, seedless, cut in half
- raisins - 2 tablespoons
- walnuts - 2 tablespoons, chopped, optional
Instructions
- Combine first five ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Combine pears, raisins, grapes, nuts (optional), and mayonnaise mixture. Toss gently.
- Serve plain or over mixed greens.
